Lest you think I am kidding...

Brace yourselves - this is the studio this morning.

Think I can have it with some semblance of order by Sunday morning?

Oh, I can't wait to see when it's set up!!!! I am sure it will be such a sanctuary for sewing/quilting!

Thanks for your kind comment on my cornucopia. I think you need to treat yourself to a NEW cornucopia as a housewarming gift for yourself! :)

    Take care!

  8. Hi Suzan - trust me, most of the time, people don't understand why I put so much thought into setting the table. But to me, it's part of the whole process of preparing for having company! :) I am glad to hear that you are one who also take pictures of table-scapes! ;) Makes me feel more "normal"....

  10. Moving is an ugly business. You have to expect chaos before order. But it's important to not let the chaos rush you into setting up a room until you make a plan for it to work for you. But, you already know this. Just don't feel guilty about the chaos. It will resolve itself in time.

  11. I feel your pain. I was living at the property in a small shack while we were building. The weather is getting cooler and we are still building, so we moved back into my friends summer home. It's too cold for outdoor showers/trips to the outhouse. I just reunited with my sewing machine/computer this weekend. You'll get there.
