My bedroom still needs organizing after the seasonal clothing swap, there are dished in my sink, the dining room needs to be dusted and vacuumed but I cleaned my studio so I am rewarding myself today. I found a quilt pattern on line and since I have a variety of charm packs from which to choose, I decided to make a little quilt. I am using Moda’s “Flutterby” and the fabric is cute…perfect for a baby quilt. I snagged all the following graphics from Tula Pink’s blog site so you could see the fabric I am using.
Bright, cheery and just a little bit "buggy”! I am sashing with white Kona cotton. I haven’t decided about the backing but I am sure I have something in my stash that will work.
Hope you had a great weekend!
Sometimes a little bit of sewing is just what a person needs - the other things can wait.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Love those fabrics
ReplyDeleteDust in the dining room is ok...dust on fabric...should never happen. Happy sewing and the fabric is beautiful!

Glad you're doing something fun. That fabric is adorable. Just perfect for a quilt for a little one.
